We love Salads

Their love for salads met our passion for exciting food stories!

Freskoulis is much more than a producer of ready-to-eat meals. With an uncompromising dedication to premium food quality, they pick only the best the Greek soil has to offer, deliver it fresh, and inspire healthy eating habits claiming that "It is so easy to eat right!"

Their journey led them to a fascinating salads project which began with a recipes website and soon was ready to be incorporated into a new food concept. The Freskoulis salads pop-up store opened in 2022 within Thessaloniki's most prominent food spot, the Modiano Market.

Our team undertook the project, starting with a logotype revamp and corporate identity applications highlighting the message "We Love Salads." Colorful illustrations and vegetables micro photos celebrate the rejuvenating power of healthy eating, from the menu to tote bags, t-shirts, and a spread to Greece's most famous gastronomy magazine.
